Long time no post... back to trading

Took some live trades today and did not do very well. Have not done very well for 2 years now. Keep on keepin on. What good can I get out of today's lousy trading? Well, after I got past the first trade I actually got over much of the psych shit that has plagued my live trading. Wasn't very nervous about the positions, even as I took loss after loss.
